M-am tinut eu batoasa cat m-am tinut, dar pana la urma tot am cazut in pacat! Am mancat carne de porc, domn`le! Ce sa fac daca poftesc si traiesc in casa cu un ardelean?! Sper ca ma veti intelege si ierta... si ca sa va mituiesc, va ofer cate o portie! Sa vad eu acum cine ma va refuza! :))
Ingrediente:
1 bucata ceafa - 5 feliute potrivite
1/2 tija praz
1 ceapa potrivita
1/2 ardei gras verde
1 morcov mare
3 cartofi
cimbru
busuioc
piper alb
sare
ardei iute pisat (peperoncino)
zeama de la 1/2 lamaie
ulei de masline
Bucata de ceafa am transat-o si am condimentat-o cu sare si piper. Am lasat la rece cca 1 ora.
Prazul l-am taiat rondele, ceapa julien, iar ardeiul bucati potrivit de mari. Am adaugat cimbru, busuioc, piper alb, sare si ardei iute uscat. Am pus ulei de masline si am amestecat. Am adaugat si morcovul taiat rondele, apoi am pus sucul de lamaie.
Am adaugat si cartofii taiat bucati marisoare.
Bucatile de carne le-am pus intr-o tava in care am adaugat ulei, si am dat-o la cuptor ptr cca 30 minute, intorcand in aceasta perioada carnea.
Cand carnea s-a facut pe jumatate, am adaugat legumele. Dupa 20 minute am ridicat carnea deasupra si am mai lasat la cuptor pana s-au facut legumele, intorcand carnea si amestecand legumele.
Cam asa aratau la final:
Am servit alaturi de salata de sfecla rosie (dupa cum probabil ati vazut, este salata mea preferata!
