Parada "Bucatarul curajos"
Luna aceasta am onoarea a fi gazda Proiectului "Bucatarul curajos", revenindu-mi partea sarata. Desi stiam din timp ca trebuie sa propun ceva..., binenteles ca in ultima zi nu stiam exact ce voi alege.. Am selectat cateva retete.. initial am vrut sa aleg mielul.. dar am zis ca totusi pana la Paste mai este.. Intr-un final am ales o tocanita de pui, simpla si delicioasa, sa placa tuturor si sa nu dea batai de cap sau timp foarte mult petrecut in bucatarie.. Ca doar in perioada asta mai avem si alte treburi gospodaresti de facut...
